"Ordered my usual size 9, but these huaraches run extremely small and narrow compared to every other size 9 I own. There was no indication in the product description that the sizing ran differently, which would have been helpful before purchasing. The color also wasn’t quite as pictured. I had them for all of two minutes before realizing they weren’t going to fit. I immediately contacted the store to request a simple size exchange, only to be told they couldn’t accommodate it. I genuinely don’t understand why an exchange wouldn’t be possible for a brand-new, unworn pair that was only briefly tried on for sizing. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just a pair that actually fits. For the price, I expected better product information. Unfortunately, I was left with an expensive pair of huaraches I can’t wear and no willingness from the store to help resolve something as simple as a sizing issue. Expensive lesson learned. I won’t be purchasing from this store again."

"I used to buy them in Mexico but in Tamaulipas they aren’t too popular so a lot of places only sell them for mex Independence Day. Now I don’t have to worry about only being able to get them one time a year and more variety"

"Thanks for sending me a review option, instead of taking care of my issue. Still waiting to hear back. I received a pair of damaged shoes labeled “size 11” when I ordered a 10. They fit like a 13 so the sizing is completely off. Not sure how to proceed with an exchange when your shoe sizes are not accurate. You just measure the shoe. It’s not hard. Did I mention I’m still waiting for a response?"
