Me mandaron talla equivocada

"Leí la guía de tallas y decía que corría chico entonces pedí una talla más cuando recibí mi orden llegó dos tallas más , escribí y me dicen que viene chico lo cual les comento que por eso ordené una talla menos y el cambio me lo hacen dentro de 72 horas lo cual no me sirve porque viajo a México 😰"

I like the jacket but

"I like the jacket but it was too small. I have called with no return call on how to exchange to larger size. No one to speak to in customer service. As of right now I have a $115 jacket I can’t wear. I have alway worn a large. But the size of this large is a medium for sure. Please reach out to me and let’s get this changed."
