Damaged shoes, wrong size, I pay return??

"Thanks for sending me a review option, instead of taking care of my issue. Still waiting to hear back. I received a pair of damaged shoes labeled “size 11” when I ordered a 10. They fit like a 13 so the sizing is completely off. Not sure how to proceed with an exchange when your shoe sizes are not accurate. You just measure the shoe. It’s not hard. Did I mention I’m still waiting for a response?"

"The quality is great, but you need to order a much smaller size than normal for USA. I am size 10. 5 and I ordered a 10, they swapped it out for a 9, and I feel like the 9 is too loose also. I may go for size 8 as these will stretch out with wear."
