"The boots were beautiful. I usually wear a size 9 in boots, but this size 9 was huge! Customer service was very nice when I called them to request an exchange for a smaller size, but when I received the email with return instructions, I saw that I had to ship them back at my expense. I spent $34 for the return and just requested a refund for the boots. I didn’t want to have to pay another $34 if the smaller size didn’t fit either."

"I bought these boots as a birthday present for my for my son and when we got them, i was worried because the box said 9. 5 but I had ordered a 10. 5. But when he put them on they fit so Im not sure if the label was wrong. I was worried about the exchange process because I hadnt looked into that when I ordered. Other than that he was very happy with everything else. The leather is very nice and he has worn them almost everyday. I will say that the sole will rough up with wear but I am assuming that is normal."
