Exchange and Return Policy
Was the item you purchased too small or too big? Don't worry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Simply return it to our warehouse. Any exchange or refund you request will be processed as soon as it arrives. In the case of an exchange, your order will be returned to you at no cost. (Only one exchange will be made at no cost; if you require more than one, shipping costs will be charged.) In the case of a return, the corresponding credit will be issued using the same payment method you used. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. Please allow 4 to 5 days to process your refund. It may take an additional 24 to 48 hours to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
NOTE: NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON HARDWARE BELTS, HUARACHES AND EXOTIC LEATHER CAPS, OR FORMED TEXAN SHOES (STETSON, LARRY MAHAN, SERRATELLI). ALL SALES FOR THESE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL.
PLEASE TRY ON SHOES ON CARPET. MARKED SOLES OR FOOTPRINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
Some products, such as boot shafts, exotic leather patterns, leather sheen, or minor changes in stitching design, beading on belts, etc., may change without prior notice from our suppliers. While we strive to ensure that items are as faithful as possible to the photos, the exchange and return policies remain in effect, especially for items made to order.

Instructions for Changes
    • Call us at 1-323-312-3317 to find out what you need to change and to register it in our system.
    • Pack the merchandise in its original packaging and inside a sturdy corrugated cardboard box.
    • Send the package to the CaballoBronco.com address described at the bottom of this page.
    • Make sure you get a certified shipment or tracking number so you know when your package arrives at our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
    Return Conditions
      • Merchandise may only be returned within the first 20 days after delivery to your destination. NO EXCEPTIONS. Returns are not accepted after 20 days of delivery .
      • Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition as it was sent in its original packaging. If it is not sent in its perfectly protected original packaging or if the product has been mistreated, no refund will be issued.
      • The refund will be credited to the credit or debit card used.
      • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
      • Any refund in special situations will be determined by the company on a case-by-case basis, and the decision will be communicated.
    Claims for defective items and incomplete orders
    Please report defective items or incomplete orders within 48 hours of delivery.
