Minor variations in leather stitching, color tone and minor details may occur without prior notice from our suppliers. These are considered normal and our standard return and exchange policy still applies.

Your refund will be credited to the same credit or debit card used for the original purchase. Allow 2–5 business days to process once your item arrives, plus an additional 2–5 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. The cost of shipping your exchange back to you is covered by us on the first exchange only. Express shipping costs cannot be refunded or applied to exchanges — that is a one-time non-refundable transaction.
