"Bought a specific pair of boots for a gift. They sent a totally different pair of boots. Waited over 45 minutes on the phone to speak to customer service to start a return/replacement. I was told to wait 24-78 hours for the return slip - nothing yet and it’s the 4th day. Now, I have not gift, probably not even a return slip, and am probably going to waste another 45 minutes on the phone to speak to someone! I sent an email to customer service too and no response after 4 days."
