"The hat came a bit wrinkled, and the flower patches were in a separate bag instead of already attached like shown in the photos. The opening for the head was also really small. I only received a paper with details about clothing/uniform care, but nothing specifically about the hat, such as how to properly care for it, attach the flowers, fix the wrinkles, or adjust the sizing, so I’m pretty disappointed overall. I did appreciate the fast shipping and the consistent location updates throughout delivery."
