They fit like a 13 so the sizing is completely off. Not sure how to proceed with an exchange when your shoe sizes are not accurate. You just measure the shoe. It’s not hard. "The quality is great, but you need to order a much smaller size than normal for USA. I am size 10. 5 and I ordered a 10, they swapped it out for a 9, and I feel like the 9 is too loose also. I may go for size 8 as these will stretch out with wear."
